Refund & Return Policy – Vyrex Research

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering errors made by the customer
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Opened, used, or tampered products

All products are sold as-is for research purposes only.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive any of the following:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, include:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, Vyrex Research may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement
  • Issue store credit
  • Offer a refund (only in cases where replacement is not possible)

3. Non-Delivery

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
  • The shipping carrier confirms the package was lost in transit
  • The claim is submitted within a reasonable timeframe

All decisions regarding refunds are made at our sole discretion.
