Refund & Return Policy – Vyrex Research
1. General Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
- Change of mind
- Ordering errors made by the customer
- Improper handling or misuse
- Opened, used, or tampered products
All products are sold as-is for research purposes only.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive any of the following:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To submit a claim, include:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After review, Vyrex Research may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement
- Issue store credit
- Offer a refund (only in cases where replacement is not possible)
3. Non-Delivery
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
- The shipping carrier confirms the package was lost in transit
- The claim is submitted within a reasonable timeframe
All decisions regarding refunds are made at our sole discretion.
