Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • Orders placed outside business hours may be processed the next business day
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been shipped
  • All delivery estimates are non-guaranteed

  • Carrier delays or availability
  • Weather conditions

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Vyrex Research is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Weather events or other force majeure situations

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address input

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
